I use the regular suspects in the USA.

Motorcycledaily.com (pretty dead place) Used to live up to it’s name but haven’t been *daily* for a LOOOOONG time, not to mention Dirck banned me for calling the Aprilia SRV850 a Sperm whale with lipstick (rubbed him in a weird way for some reason 🤷‍♂️) , LOL. The short version: He called it quits. It was during last year on April Fools Day.
I didn’t believe him at the time but as time went by things became more and more transparent, he had had it with this gig.

It does looks very “plastic fantastic” compared to the bigger AT1100.
Can’t quite put my finger on what’s causing this.🤔

I like the shape of it but their color designs have been lacking. Classic 3-tone blue/white is what it should have, especially now with Kawasaki and Honda pulling off the classic liveries.

Just noticed it’s not totally discontinued, in Europe due to their regulations but it’s available in Australia as a ’23 model, maybe USA too?

I know it’s claimed to be temporary but it is a bombshell! People very much care about superbikes they just don’t want to pay the price for a new one.

There have been rumors about updates to the ‘current’ model for the last couple of years. It could be quite a while before the GSXR returns IF it does.

Less and less people care about superbikes nowadays. 10 years ago this would’ve been a bombshell; today, it’s almost not newsworthy. Besides, it’s rumoured that this is just temporary and that they will soon launch a completely new model, with a MotoGP-derived engine – counter-rotating crankshaft and all.
